Cape Cod Home Renovation
When Locklin Construction joined the project, the home and the property both needed upgrades in order to achieve the potential that the owners envisioned.
Locklin Construction renovated portions of the entire home: new flooring and windows were installed, the kitchen was renovated including the cabinets and drawers, where bespoke fittings were installed to ensure the house's flow is functional, practical and aesthetically beautiful.
We also installed a new bath, kitchenette cupboards on the second floor, and staircases on the outdoor porch.
Wayland Home Renovation
Locklin Construction was involved in updating various aspects of the home, working alongside the owners to ensure that they would love every aspect of the finished renovation.
The unfinished basement was upgraded into a family game room with a pool table and flat screen TV installed during the process. We renovated the kitchen and coordinated the cabinet installation simultaneously in order to minimize future interruptions.
Locklin Construction also built the exterior deck and stairs, as well as building a sunroom addition for the property.
Longmeadow Home Renovation
Locklin Construction renovated this Longmeadow home before it was sold in the early 2000s. The whole home was renovated from refinishing the floors and updating the paint and wallpaper, to installing a new bath and updating the entire kitchen.

Locklin Construction updated and installed a new kitchen, as well renovating the home office. In order to maximize energy efficiency, new windows were installed, and insulation was added.
