144 Renovation

Locklin Construction has enjoyed a presence in the Berkshires for 30 years.  With the influx of new residents during Covid, we expanded our whole home renovations into Central and South county.  This is an example of one 1966 waterfront property, that was completely gutted and renovated to a year around home in 2021.
